Subject: Statement of Compliance with EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006

O-Rings, Inc. is committed to environmental responsibility and ensuring that our products meet the highest safety standards. This document serves as our formal declaration regarding the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regulation.
- SVHC Candidate List (Article 33) In accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation, we confirm that O-Rings, Inc. monitors the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
As of the date of this declaration, the Candidate List contains 251 substances (last updated by ECHA on November 5, 2025, which notably added 1,1′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bispentabromobenzene).
None of the products supplied by O-Rings, Inc. contain any of the 251 SVHCs in a concentration above the threshold of 0.1% weight by weight (w/w).
- Annex XVII (Restrictions): We further declare that our products comply with the restrictions set forth in REACH Annex XVII. None of our products contain restricted substances (such as Lead, Cadmium, or specific Phthalates) that exceed the legal limits for their intended applications.
- Annex XIV (Authorization): We confirm that none of our products contain substances listed in Annex XIV (Authorization List) that have passed their “Sunset Date,” unless a specific authorization for our use case has been granted.
- Ongoing Monitoring O-Rings, Inc. remains vigilant regarding future ECHA updates. We will notify our customers should any change in product composition or regulatory updates affect the compliance status of our products.
